App Use
Inkly is a digital journal, planner, and notebook app. You are responsible for how you use the app and for keeping your device and account secure.
User Content
You retain rights to the notes, drawings, images, stickers, templates, planner entries, and other content you create or import. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you add to Inkly.
Premium and Pro Features
Some features may require a Pro plan, purchase, subscription, account sign-in, or availability through Google Play. Feature availability, limits, and pricing may change over time.
Ads
Inkly may display ads through services such as Google AdMob. Ads help support free access to parts of the app.
Accounts and Sign-In
Some features may require Google Sign-In or another account method. You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for reviewing sync or backup behavior before deleting app data.
Limitations of Liability
Inkly is provided as available. We aim to provide a reliable app, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect data recovery, or error-free operation. Always keep important information backed up.
Changes
We may update the app, features, pricing, or these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
